This Agreement outlines the terms of service for users of our platform.

Eligibility

By using this Website and our services, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are 18 years of age or older (or have parental/guardian consent if you are a minor).

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

• Own or have full rights to the content you wish to sell to Sell Your Visuals.

How Payments Work

We offer a payment range of Up to INR 5,000 to INR 20,000 (USD 58 to 288) for the content you sell to us. The final payment amount depends on the quality and authenticity of the content. Terms and conditions apply.

Payment Terms:

• Payment is processed after content has been reviewed and approved.

• Payments are made via bank transfer or UPI only; cash payments are not accepted.

• Payments are made within same day of content verification.

• Payment will only be made after the review of videos

Content Rights and Ownership

Once content is sold to Sell Your Visuals, all rights to the content are transferred to us. This includes lifetime usage rights to distribute and display the content across various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.

As a seller, you acknowledge that:

• You are the rightful owner of the content you uploaded.

• After the content is sold, Sell Your Visuals retains full rights to use and distribute it.

• You would not be eligible to claim royalty or any money whatever sell your visuals will earn by distributing, posting on Social media or through any source.

User Responsibilities

As a creator, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Own Content Only: You must only sell content you own or have full rights to. We do not accept content that is copyrighted by other individuals or entities without permission.

2. No Inappropriate Content: Do not upload adult, offensive, or vulgar content. Content must comply with public and government standards.

3. Mutual Agreement for Roasting Content: If your content includes any personal interactions, such as "roasting," both parties must agree to sell the content to us.

4. 18+ Content Labeling: If the content is intended for an adult audience (18+), it must be clearly labeled as such.

5. Liability for False Ownership Claims: If it is found that you falsely claimed ownership or misrepresented your content, you will be fully responsible for all consequences, including legal liabilities.

6. Content Verification: Any uploaded content must be verified by you as your own. If a third party claims ownership of the content, no payment will be made to you.

Limitation of Liability

• Sell Your Visuals is not responsible for any claims of ownership or copyright infringement for content sold by you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you upload is authentic and that you have the necessary rights to sell it.

• You are also responsible for ensuring that no third-party content, such as music or video footage, is used without permission.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in India.

Privacy Policy

We collect and store your personal information for identity verification, payment processing, and communication purposes. We may collect

· Bank account details for payments

· Photo ID for verification purposes

We ensure that your information is protected and used only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid Support: For creators who opt for paid support, we offer the following services:

If you follow the provided script, shoot the video with professional direction, and meet quality standards, we guarantee to buy your video. Payment for paid support content ranges from INR 5,000 to INR 20,000 (USD 58 to 288), depending on the content's quality.

Free Support: We also offer free support to all creators, including:

· Recommendations and tips to increase your earnings

· Motivation and encouragement to create more engaging content

· Follow-ups to understand and resolve any issues you face in your content creation journey

Changes to the Terms

Sell Your Visuals can resell creator’s Video or photos and the earning of resold video or photo of creator would remain with Sell Your Visuals only Creator are cant claim that income to be transferred to them.
